Getting ready for a 10km in the fall

Join us as we prepare to participate in the Eastside 10km in September. Whether you're striving to improve your speed or attempting to complete a 10k for the first time, our training program can help you achieve your goals. Our program includes Wednesday speed runs and a multi-level training plan that you can follow. Drop-ins are also welcome to join us at any time.
