
Half Marathon Training
HALF-MARATHON TRAINING
Perfect for first timers or those looking for a PB
You don’t need to race to enjoy the fitness that comes from Half-Marathon
training. Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders.
Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over
the Half-Marathon distance.
Sunday long runs are different each week—building mileage gradually.

We will be training for a Spring Half with
some in the group running the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon on
May 3, 2026. Others will aim for events later in May or in June.
