Half Marathon Training
Perfect for first-timers or those looking for a PB
Your health and safety are our first priority. We will be implementing all guidelines set out by the BC Centre for Disease Control. Ensuring we get you ready to cover the Half Marathon distance in October, 2020 and have fun at the same time!
Since traditional races are not an option for us we will hold our own safe distance run within the parameters set out by the BCCDC at that time. Now, you don’t need to race to enjoy the fitness that comes from half Marathon training.
Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders keep you on track while having fun. Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the half marathon distance. The Sunday long runs are different each week, building mileage gradually.

3 supported long runs
3 remote start/finish Long Runs (we run from Sole for 11 Long Runs but 3 Long Runs will be from different locations such as Langley or Maple Ridge)
