Half Marathon Training
Perfect for first-timers or those looking for a PB
We will be training for the Half Marathon in Victoria but you don't have to race that event to enjoy the fitness that comes from training to run 21.1k.
Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders to keep you on track while having fun.
Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the half-marathon distance. Sunday's long runs are different each week, building mileage gradually.
Distance running can be a solitary sport but also very social; you get the best of both with this program. You will have a specific training plan to follow on your own or with a friend. Then the group runs twice a week. We also plan social events to help keep you connected and inspired through the 13 weeks.

3 supported long runs
3 remote start/finish Long Runs (we run from Sole for 10 Long Runs but 3 Long Runs will be from different locations such as Langley or Port Coquitlam)
