Half Marathon Training
Perfect for first-timers or those looking for a PB
Your health and safety remain our first priority. We will continue to follow all guidelines set out by our Public Health Authority. Ensuring we get you ready to cover the Half Marathon distance in October 2021, and have fun at the same time!
We are all excited that in-person races are going to be possible again, but not everyone will want to run in a large event, we understand that. The great part is that you don’t need to race to enjoy the fitness that comes from Half Marathon training.
Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders keep you on track while having fun. Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the half marathon distance. The Sunday long runs are different each week, building mileage gradually.

3 supported long runs
3 remote start/finish Long Runs (we run from Sole for 10 Long Runs but 3 Long Runs will be from different locations such as Langley or Port Coquitlam)
