SOLE Running Thursdays


We are excited to announce our new running program: SOLE Running Thursdays.


6 different workouts from 6 different locations. 

Designed to improve your speed and efficiency as a runner over multiple distances. 

Consisting of a warm up, run specific drills, and a different speed type workout each night.  


A great way to get ready for a 5k, a 10k or keep your fitness before starting our Half Marathon training in July. This will also be helpful for staying consistent with your running. Sometimes doing speed work on your own can be tricky. We get it. When doing something new or difficult it sure helps to do with supportive people!


Each session is 60 minutes. Not only will you work on your speed and efficiency, but you'll experience running from different places each week.

  • 6 x 60 minute Thursdays at 6:30pm


  • $40.00 for 6 sessions

  • Drop – In $8
