MULTIPLE PACE GROUPS INCLUDING RUN/WALK
(Formally known as SOLE +)

Have fun doing speed type workouts within a group. You don’t have to consider yourself fast just the desire to be better. Every Tuesday is different but they are all designed to improve your speed and strength as a runner. We will go through a warm up, specific running drills then various run workouts such as Intervals, Pyramids, Tempo Runs and Hills, within appropriate pace groups. Drop in’s welcome!

  • 12 Tuesdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm

  • SEPTEMBER 14 to DECEMBER 7, 2021 (excluding NOVEMBER 9)
